I got no problem with killin, boss...Never have

Like that meeting I just had. Pressure is ON. So since PSU and OHSU have formed an alliance, they have hired consultants to find ways to restructure the hospital to increase efficiency, streamline processes, and restructure systems, etc...that being said, we have to find innovative ways to restructure how we do things here in my department, possibly collaborating with other departments, to help OHSU as a whole meet this new goal. Pretty much it's a competition to keep our jobs. We have to do everything better than every other department in order to stay afloat. Holy smokes! We're even talking about taking over other departments....duuuudeeee....

...I feel like I'm in Call of Duty: Total Office Warfare! 

 

Good thing i'm on the bottom of the totem pole and don't cost much to keep around. I'm actually looking forward to this challenge though, should be interesting.

This PSU alliance is sticks in my boots, but I got no problem will killin' boss, never have.
