Inherent Goodness

I’m sitting, staring out the window.  It’s raining outside.  The day is grey, but not the depressing grey that is often paired with rainy days.  This is a calm grey, a grey that is just doing it’s thing, being grey.  I find looking out the window beautiful, I love watching the rain drops hit the ground at varying rhythms.  Unpredictability is enticing, and the most unpredictable thing in this world is nature, Mother Nature.  I’m still sitting.  Sit, Sitting.  Experiencing the moment brings me back to the world.  Not the material world, but the real world.  Not the real material world, but the world that can be seen as a good in itself.  The world is inherently good.  Rarely are seeds of violence grown like weeds through a field, into the hearts of innocent animals.  In the material world, the violent weeds grow rampant among human beings.
Contemplation.  Meditation.  Being. All for one and one for all.  Only a person’s inner self can know the truth..
